Outer Kurwa was founded around the opening of the Globe Theatre, built by mrkittens123. A great deal of landscaping was carried out after the completion of the theatre and roads were constructed to encourage new residents to the fledgling town. Outer Kurwa is for all intents and purposes part of Kurwa proper, however due to the non-contigeous nature of it's location, it retains some level of autonomy, namely regarding building codes. It has recently acquired Commonwealth status since the creation of the Kurwan Empire.
