+The signatories of this pact agree and are obligated to aid in defending one another on the condition that they are attacked and are not the aggressor nation.

+  * Provide material and military aid to other signatories in times of war, on the condition that the signatory is not the aggressor in war.
+  * Honor the sovereignty of embassies and trading outposts in the territory of Battkhortostan belonging to other signatories.
+  * Build an embassy in a location chosen by the leadership of the signatory nations.
