-Legislation needs more definition of "Mongols" and their prohibitions to be effective.  I'd do it, but I don't know what the document is meant to imply.  --- [[people:juinn|Juinn]]

-By definition of being a nation, you must accept wars with valid casus bellis (invalid casus bellis may wave the fee).
-Every group which claims nationhood must still observe all of the rules layed out for them (if you do not like it, perhaps appeal to the mods for a rule change and adoptation of a new constitution including some provision in which you can simply ignore other nations). If we are given a valid casus belli, we may legally declare war on you despite this provision (until the rules are changed).
-Juinn raises a good point, is the Khaganate a nation, or more of a supranational organization?  Also lol at
->Any Nation or player who wishes to join me, may sign this list and simply recognize them as a threat to the quality of this server and the nations game we created.

-No Shako, you make this game unfunny. Seriously your fed up so much with your autism that you don't like it when people play the same card on you. What Sikandar said is all that needs to be said, couldn't agree more with him. I won't deny the fact that the Mongols have broken if not just cheated the rules, but I don't see them doing much illegal stuff, it seems to me you just want to change the system to be a privileged bitch. If you don't like it turn Avence into nothing more but a mere settlement.  --- //[[caBst@irc.dev-urandom.eu|caBastard]] 2013/02/21 04:24//
->We do have a problem with playing fast and loose with the rules. We (At least, Greenkitten and I) would like to change that and become involved with the rest of the server in a more civil and organized fashion. The Mongols started out to liven up the server as nothing was happening in politics at the time. Raiding was the only way to get any action out of the other nations. Now this seems unnecessary, as there has been a boom of competent and interesting people. Unfortunately, shit like this (the article, petty bitching, random unplanned raids out of spite) deters people from joining in and makes it seem like this sort of shit is only for megafuckers and autists. The current rules kind of assume respect among nations and friendly rivalry, rather than the shit we've been seeing. The best examples were the Kurwa-Battx rivalries early on and the Mongol-Soviet wars later. This sort of thing (making articles like this) really only works against the interests of all of us who want to continue the tradition of nationplay on this server. --- //[[sikandarmc@gmail.com|Sikandar]] 2013/02/21 05:06//
