I'm not sure i like the “West” prefix in the name, to me it makes the implication that another Rhodesian Republic exists. Alternatives i would suggest

• Republic of Rhodes
• Confederation of Rhodes (edit, sounds like confederation of the rhine, which in a stunning coincidence has very nearly the same flag as us http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confederation_of_the_Rhine)
• Federation of Rhodes
• Merchant Republic of Rhodes
