1) Can we call it senate instead of council since thats basically what it is and having two councils will be confusing? 2) What's the point of the senate/council? What does it actually do? The Kurwan City Council has power over all of kurwa's dominions so whats the point of this? Like a global house of advisors basically? It doesn't have any power that could supersede the Kurwan Gov does it? Explain yourself. -vlad
