+Yes -> **you dun goofd**, they were part of Katten Khanate, you don't incorporate part of a sovereign state without the consent of this state. The issue of independence is subject to dispute, because Katten has not given up its claims and therefore Tora is still part of Katten.
+The torans joined the Khatten Khanate of their own free will. the Wiki page says so. The Mongols neve disputed the secession. This was in the middle of the war between breshik and the Mongols. Kovio was evn on the server at the time then minoriku declared tora part of breshik and he bever said a word against it. If the mongols had a chance to dispute this it was lost in november. In summary, the Torans were part of the KK of their own free will, they left of their own free will to join the HBE and the KK never opposed it.

+You can say whatever you want about it, that doesnt make it true. There are no laws on the khanate page preventing secession. Since the Torans joined the KK under treaty they reserve the right to anull the treaty if they wish. The toran right to soverignty stands.

Secondly A state that joins another state under treaty is not in union with tat state. it is in treaty with it. I would think that somone who comes from an international board would understand the difference. A treaty may be terminated by either side at any point because it is simply an agreement not a binding document. Tora was never soverign clay of the KK, it was confederated to the KK of its own free will. Also, Doing mass revision of the wiki and using your cronies to control all the pages and bend them to your will shows nothign more than childish behavior.

The way I see it is that Tora joined us peacefully after a bit, then after a while longer they left peacefully. I assume Shako got onto their good side through weasel words and such. But every nation that joined up with us peacefully was helped to develop. The ones we took by force we allowed them to keep their governments, and everything was the same as before except for the minor detail that they were a vassal of the Khanate. I don't mind that they left and join breshik because it gives me a good excuse to level the place with my many stacks of TNT. Though I never saw any leaders of Tora tell us that they left nor anything saying they joined Breshik.
