At S&P, we strive to offer the most accurate assessments of credit worthiness. These ratings are not only based on trust, but risk the borrower will default. Due to recent circumstances that have come to our attention where the Kingdom of Breshik has unsecured obligations it has yet to fulfill, we cannot, in good faith, elevate the rating of Breshik.
In response to your allegations of “unfair business pracctices” of the Enderian Republic and infringement of trademark laws, you are free to file a formal complaint documenting these instances.
