Wissendorf is a somewhat small, independent settlement , contained under a glass bubble, somewhat near Mombasa, New Rhodes.

Some time after the Soviet-Mongol war, a random newfriend, Ivanidiot, decided to join New Rhodes. He tried making a settlement before, set in the sky, but that failed, so he went to the sea. He decided to make a city inside a giant glass dome. He built for quite a while, but there was just too much water to drain, so he quit. However, Venomthrope offered his assistance, and Ivan convinced him to join Wissendorf, with Venomthrope becoming the first of 3 Council members (However, nobody else would ever join). Then, building started, and finally, on 23/9/2012, Wissendorf was officially created. Later on in the day, the Burgermeister decided to become a territory of Breshik instead of New Rhodes.

Wissendorf then became the central headquarters of the Breshikan Royal Navy and Ivanidiot appointed Admiral of the Breshikan Fleet. Wissendorf is currently the center of Breshikan weapons development and testing until larger facilities can be established.

On October 5, the first armed engagement of the Mongol-Breshikan war took place in Wissendorf at the Raid of Wissendorf.

Due to general butthurt caused by Mongol raiding of Wissendorf and the disapearance of Ivanidiot, Venomthrope has declared him M.I.A. The disapearance of Ivanidiot has forced Venomthrope to take over all management of Wissendorf and due to Breshiks inability to protect Wissendorf from Mongoloids, new beloved leader Venomthrope has declared Wissendorf independent from Breshik. On 11/8/2012, Ivan's body was found on the beach of Mombasa, having presumably comitting suicide after Breshik was annexed by the Mongols.

The rejection of Breshik's authority caused great butthurt in their weak and impotent leader, Shakomatic, who cannot kill one guy who is making Breshik and its military look like a jog and even now, Shakomatic is hiding from the single Mongoloid that is terrorizing him in other planes of existence.

Wissendorf is primarily submerged in water, similar to Rapeture. Wissendorf is host to many interesting landmarks, one of which is Yevsville, an NPC village and largest trading center in the region.

The Wissendorfian government is normally made up of the Burgermeister (Ivanidiot) and a council of 3. The Council is the primary governing force, which mainly decides laws. In order for a law to pass, at least 2 of the 3 council members must agree to it, and then present it to the Burgermeister, who then decides if it passes or not. The Burgermeister's main role in the government system is deciding officials and declaring laws after the council processes them. Recently however beloved leader Venomthrope has take absolute control of wissendorf.

No Breshikans are allowed inside of Wissendorfian property.
