Jusnothertry

Small island settlement in the northwestern corner of the Kingdom of Mū, mostly concerned with subterranean development. Not yet known for anything beyond housing some book-obsessed self-proclaimed author named Jinx.

The main island is surrounded by a couple smaller sandbanks and sunken rocks, all situated in a lukewarm ocean and half embraced by the mainland of the Kingdom of Mū to the south and west. Directly to the north floats the giant Watercube built by ManicHexe over the ocean and serves as an easily discernible landmark on the map.

Invited to start building around his area by BearMonger - who is considered a known quantity, and moreover quality - the lone traveler grabbed a boat and crossed the as-yet-unnamed Ocean, the for-now-nameless Sea, the possibly-to-be-called Mykalian Bay and the yet-to-be-named Pond on April 4th in 2020. The settlement was founded immediately upon reaching the area on that same day.

Within the first three weeks, remarkable inroads were made in the subterranean development. On the upper levels the produce and animal farms have taken shape, and on the lowest ground a cavern was excavated and allows the cultivation of giant trees.

Our future fishing company's flagship Ocean Blue is providing indispensable revenue upon its excursions into the high seas, here seen anchored at night in the southern bay of Jusnothertry.
Constructed on April 10th, this ship claims the title of being the First Unsunken Vessel to Ever Sail the Seas of Harmony.

A railway track to the northern neighbor Ishkas has been laid halfway; the rest of the connection is in the process of being completed. Furthermore, all farm levels require extension, with priority given to the smaller tree cavern adjacent to the giants farm.

With basic survival needs covered due to the productivity of the subterranean farms, our old motto (Work! So you may eat.) can finally be changed into something less dire. Various products as well as work force could be traded already and have lifted the settlement out of the stone age and into the iron era. However, these trades also caused distraction from our ongoing projects. Therefore, the highest vote for the new motto was given to: Keep your priorities straight!

The above mentioned self-proclaimed author named Jinx who resides in Jusnothertry managed to publish his first book within ten days of the settlement's foundation. As it was traded for required and rare materials rather than currency, “The Early Days” (JAMBLOG series) more than anything jumpstarted the settlement's growth.

Although Jusnothertry is counted among the members of the Kingdom of Mū and will therefore likely become a subject of its Constitutional Monarchy, no such claims have been raised to date. For the time being, the lone settler practices autocracy.
