Town located on the hilly island of Rana surrounded by the island of Daljarana and a desert. If you're looking for a temporary flat you can get it there for free. In order to keep poredak (because ordnung is too mainstream) no one is allowed to do anything here.
History
Foundation
Town was originally founded in august 2012. In few days concreting of the coast, creating beach, building cafe and first apartments were done. After this Koinu left server for a month leaving settlement alone.
Short period of Breshikan rule
Dirty Gypsies from Breshik annexed the whole island while its owner was gone and turned it into farm. When Koinu decided to continue his work and saw what happened he went full mad but there's was no need to because Shakomatic let him take his place back.
New Beginning
After cleaning the town and removing disgusting wooden hut the construction works were resumed. Another two appartment buildings and the bank were completed. The next project is the ancient palace and probably a harbor.
Landmarks and Surroundings
Because coast is partially turned into walkway and few buildings lies on a small peninsula it can be noticed from the ocean and the coast of Daljarana.
Economy
There's a mine deep under the ground. Thanks to nearby desert building materials are not a problem.

Nothing happens here because nobody is allowed in untill the main part of the town will be done.

Koinu as the Poglavnik is the only ruler of Alisa.
