Perkele Restoration Committee, formed to civilize the wasteland settlement of Perkele. Activities include condemning abandoned buildings, cleaning up the toxic mushroom infestation, planting trees, and public work projects such as building a community mine and roads. The chairman has chosen the colors black and purple to represent the group and its influence.

Lord Uxbridge of the Westward Isles has refused to cede the castle within the city to the committee, despite his unwillingness to rebuild it. Perkele has not room for ruins, therefore the chairman plans to take it by force, renaming it Castle Bleck.

With the recent inclusion of blub among the members of the committee, the abandoned city of Skytopia, that was linked by rail to his home, is now under the control of the PRC. A road is being built between Castle Bleck and the lava walls of Skytown to solidify the new acquisition. The chairman expects to declare Perkele a nation within the week.

Recent activity towards Kurwa will most likely result in the banishment of the committee from the server. The chairman has responded to this threat by stating that he will “burn Perkele to the fucking ground before the empire holds sway on my decisions.”
