Mercenary Company of Condeura
We are a Guild established to assist others in achieving their goals for a price. We accept most jobs, unless they conflict with our code of conduct. Kitty4fun and the Chiefs will take these requests and make the official contracts. Though we do encourage our guild members to freelance their services. We have a soft spot for our homeland, North Badface and the drinks produced there (meaning booze).
History
establishment
We have built a base and recruited some initial people. Made some connections in some of the nations.
the long search
We were looking for members and jobs, high level positions available. We found all of our chiefs and have a few members. Relations with other nations are good, though the pay is not. We look to gain wealth but can't see that goal yet.
The growth
Lately, the Badface Company has blossomed into a growth of new players. Alluring to many who are new to the server, who find themselves gravitating towards the guild, with the nature of the Company making it very accepting of newcomers.

BC has finally mastered its homelands brews and drinks with its new kitchens. BBQ is the next on the list, so watch out hear comes the foods.
Nightclub Fever
The Nightclub “Circuit” is near opening day. It was built by town mayor, whereisthe1piece, with aid from and Darynu.
the era of Law
Due to the rowdiness of the mercenaries in the guild and to maintain control, the rules and regulations will now be enforced by the leader (kitty4fun) and the chiefs of the guild.
The great move
BC is moving to a new location and is willing to pay for help in building.
The Court Case
The MCC was recently challenged on the grounds of an unfinished contract, and, although they were found innocent, have suffered a major blow to their pride. They have begun to strictly enforce being on-time for the completion of contracts.
Fort Hover Castle
The fort of the badface company guild has been replaced. It is now equipped with a grand hall and a job board for outsiders to post requests for work.
this base of operations will no longer stand as our main base of operations and will only act as an outpost and place of relations for Badface and will now be declared a guild house
The new lands
We have found an area near X:-6832 Z: -8895 we want to claim as our own. We are in internal debates on to be a nation or a settlement and the best way to decide leadership of the new land. we are now part of a nation, see here. recommendations from outsiders are appreciated.

Breshikan Guild House
The Badface Company and Breshik currently both have embassies dedicated to each other. The Embassy/guild house of Badface Company in Breshik was established two days before the Breshikan Embassy in North Badface was built. To the left is the interior of the Embassy to Badface Company in Nova Avence. This picture needs to be updated, as Shakomatic has re-vamped the guild house. Darynu will be constructing an embassy to Breshik in Condeura as well, but he is currently caught up with finishing his castle.

How to join and types of mercenaries
Freelancer = One who is just here to take one job and get paid. They receive little to no help from guild and get their pay on completion of their job. (can be done at a guild-house)
Temp. mercenary= A new guild member who has collected the items of entry and given them to a chief or the leader. They are payed 1/2 up front for jobs and are helped by the guild to get them done. Has to move to a full mercenary in 2 weeks or will be let go. (can be done at a guild-house)
Full Mercenary= a temp who has signed a contract with the guild to be loyal and to always follow and uphold our 10 rules and regulations. They are not payed per job but receive a cut of the guild's profits. (must be done at the Capital of the empire of Condeura)
Items of entry: An ink sack, a feather, a piece of wool, a piece of leather
The Ten Rules
The Badface Company Mercenary Company of Condeura has ten rules.
1. Never betray a fellow mercenary.
2. Money is king, your only loyalty is to the guild and those who pay you.
3. The Guild Leader and Chiefs will decide which contracts the guild will take on and under what conditions.
4. Haggling is a given not a right. If you accept you accept.
5. No contract negatively affecting any guild member, no matter status, will be accepted.
6. No contract negatively affecting any mercenary guild will be taken. Unless they are in bad standing with our guild or they have committed unsavory acts.
7. Though guild clams control of Fort Hover Castle and its surrounding land the empire of Condeura, the guild will not accept land or take others land as payment for services. (the creation of a guild house for diplomatic reasons dose not count if land is given by nation to guild in good faith)
8. Conflicting contracts will not be taken, the highest bidder wins. Conflicts are determined by the leader of the guild.
9. We will try to complete any contract accepted by the guild.
10. A contract is law. If you break a contract you are an enemy of this guild and will be hunted until the end of your days (or we just don't care anymore)
Regulations

Attacks on towns and villages = rules of engagement
As a rule of thumb if one of our mercenaries keeps their headgear on, they do not trust you or are lazy.
PVP out of the sparing ring is not allowed and will be treated as if it is an attack on the guild members (both parties). anyone who kills a fellow member will be Death Listed and requested to be added to the PVP list by a MOD. Deadcrow in his position is immune to this regulation if executing a rule breaker.
any chief found by the guild leader to have broken a law or regulation will lose there title and contract. they may rejoin the guild as a full mercenary but nothing more. they will not be death listed but on second offense will be with delight.
any full mercenary on the death list can still work for the guild but will be treated as a freelancer. they will not be allowed near the base of operations and will be attacked if they trespass.
we are guests of Badfacia and any nation we work for if you are found to have griefed in their land we will death list you as a betrayer of the contract with them.
Regarding Contracts
If a contract is not recorded within a book signed by a chief of the MCC, it is null and void. Un-contracted business is still accepted, as is incorrectly contracted business. However, the MCC is not obligated to complete such work, and cannot receive payment prior to the completion of the job.

Descriptions for official services
construction = we will build a with a stack of your choice. You must supply the material, and we will do the labor. If more is wanted we just charge more.
Building sweep = We go through a building to make sure there are no monsters or traps. We will also do this one if you want us to test your traps in a building. Just tell us to not take out the traps. No up-front cost
Cave sweep = We start with 64 torches and a stack of dirt and go into the cave as far as that takes us. Killing mobs and disarming traps along the way. We can go farther just costs more to do so. We block off any passage that we do not light up. No upfront cost
Cave tag along = Each mercenary is assigned armor and a sword. They will follow you into a cave and fight off mobs and carry stuff for you. They will put stuff in chest if still in cave at the end of time unless a new agreement is reached. Can go for more time, but as would be expected, it will cost more. 1/2 up front used for preparation.
Mine shaft setup = We dig a mine down to bedrock from the surface and add our own special touches. mine will have 4 levels one at bedrock or at height 5 and other 3 can be adjusted. The level consists of an intersection of 4 tunnels. They will be one stone pick length long each and are 3 tall by 2 wide. No upfront cost
Guard duty = we will protect an area for the time designated. must have defined borders for guarded area (like a town). 1/2 up front used for preparation
Battlefield sweep = we will make sure the designated area for a nation-to-nation battle is clear of mobs and keep creepers out during combat. No upfront cost. Price split by nations involved
Assistance in raid = We will help take out defenders and ransack a nation that is at war with the nation that is at war with it. Raiding both at same time is not considered a conflict, but guarding and raiding the same location are. No upfront cost
Assistance in battle = We will help you fight in a battle. You must be at war and we will need to be included in the negotiations of the battle. A mercenary in this is counted as used when they die. So we will charge extra to keep fighting after a death. An example: 2 mercenaries are fighting. Both die = 2 total mercenaries. Same 2 come back and continue to help = 4 total mercenaries. Thus you need to tell us how many you want to participate. We will put as many in at once as possible but will only send reinforcements if there is count left. Also you can decide the number present if it does not go over the number of mercenaries employed by our guild as full mercenaries. You also will be refunded any amount of mercenaries that do not show for combat. 1/2 up front used for preparation. Is refunded if mercenary(s) not used.
Destruction= You can hire a mercenary to help destroy and take down buildings, landscapes, grief materials, etc. We will ask for a price we find equivalent to the work at hand (say 2 iron blocks per mercenary for a 40x20x40 hill) along with all the materials we gather. We use stone tools, so if you wish to increase the mining speed you can supply us with enchanted, iron, or diamond tools. Unless asked, these tools will not be returned afterwards.
Jobs taken, completed, and pending
Jobs placed here should be by the guild leader or chiefs, or the staff. Others will be removed. This is also for the purpose of full disclosure of our actions on the server and to let us say what is going on. If a job is to be kept quiet it will still get put here after completion.
