Nova Kurwan-Battkhortostan Treaties
Batkhortostan Guarantee of Kurwan Core Territory Treaty of Dec. 17th
By signing this pact, the Federal Republic of Battkhortostan agrees to:
Guarantee the sovereignty of the core of Nova Kurwan territory, being the isle which includes Nova Kurwa proper, Outer Kurwa, Aurion Province and Libau district.
Battkhortostan will defend the territory against foreign claims.
In the event of a war in which another nation makes claim to this territory Battkhortostan will provide military aid to Kurwa. (The guarantee does not extend to territories outside of the core area)
This pact is viable for twenty (20) days from December 17th 2011 to January 6th, at which point it may be renewed or annulled.
Should either nation break this pact before this time they will face appropriate punishment from AlphaBernd.
