-The following is a blue print for reforms which I plan to issue after the second Commonwealth-Ender War upon acceding my role of head of the Eastern Commonwealth as my duty of Chief Justiciar of the Republic of Ender and the dissolution of the failed Reichsrat.
-   - The Kingdom of Breshik and its subordinate puppet states have had a long track record of human rights abuses and an inability to function on the international stage. It is not my belief that the people of the Commonwealth are inherently flawed as Winterlyn does not act out in the same manner. The ruling class of the Commonwealth nations have shown time after time to be undeserving of trust. Under my supervision, research shall be under way to exercise reforms so that the Eastern Commonwealth's political process is open to every citizen, regardless of their previous social divisions. Whether this entails structuring the Commonwealth and its constituents as a Federal Republic or adopting structures of government similar to much more successful states that had a balance such as the Merchant Republic of West Rhodes whereby there is a bicameral legislature divided by an Upper House, the House of Lords and a Lower House, the House of Commons, remains to be seen. My past may make me partial to the Rhodesian system and see it in a favorable light, but I am welcome to suggestions from my President and the Speaker for how, exactly, the Eastern Commonwealth and peoples of Breshik should be governed.

It is inevitable that a nation such as the Commonwealth which almost all of the mods and political officers belong to would exercise political abuses on players which are not interested in political play and the status of the political map revealing approximately 1/8th of the server's total area being landrun speaks for itself.
