Topa is an Independent port-Republic (formerly kingdom) That was created and is currently run by president Mrdesa. Though technically should not be considered a country because of its low population, Mrdesa is Murrikan and does what he wants anyway. Bordering the Kurwan Commonwealth of Ordnungstadt and is north of Frostbite. Its allies include the Dwarven Realm of Breshik, Badfaceshire and the Empire Of Kurwa.
