Eststadt is a settlement between Bremen and Kaiserstadt, owned by Estlandia Composes of a main house which main bit is cozy and two (unfinished?) towers that remind commie blocks. Also there are lots of mines/logcabins and two uncompleted buildings: a birch tower in the middle of the forest and a cobble fort in the middle of the lake

For 1.8 big plans are set, building plans are written on paper and are practiced in single player.
