A vote to admend the AlphaNation's Charter with the following:
Article 11:
All member nations shall recognize the AN General Secretary as the sovereign of their respective countries and
turn over all power to AN General Secretary Shakomatic upon entrance into the AN |

Breshik and the individuals Shakomatic and jogiff are to be ostracized. Members of the AN will consider Breshik and any of its successor states and these individuals and any of their alternate personae non-existent,
and will not recognize any actions or declarations from them except those which break server rules, in which case their actions will be reported to the moderator team. Members will not trade or cooperate in any form with these individuals,
and will not declare or recognize any declarations of war. This resolution may be suspended in the case of Breshik building within 1 kilometer of an AN permanent-veto holding member nation. Upon 36 hours of the vote passing Sikandar or v1addimir may make edits elucidating the resolution, so long as it keeps within the spirit of the resolution. |
