All member nations shall recognize the AN General Secretary as the sovereign of their respective countries and
turn over all power to AN General Secretary Shakomatic upon entrance into the AN |

Breshik and the individuals Shakomatic and jogiff are to be ostracized. Members of the AN will consider Breshik and these individuals non-existent,
and will not recognize any actions or declarations from them except those which break server rules, in this case their actions will be reported to the moderator team. Members will not trade or cooperate in any way with these individuals,
and will not declare or recognize any declarations of war. Upon 36 hours of the vote passing Sikandar or v1addimir may make edits elucidating the resolution, so long as it keeps within spirit of the resolution. |
