After weeks of butthurt there is still no conclusion about the results of the following battles:
Battle of the Desert
Siege of Fort Yurt

Mods which are part of a nation contributing to the war efforts or others which are actively participating should not vote on this matter.

Since apparently no active mongol knew of the battle, which was announced here, the Soviets declared Victory when no mongol appeared. However the KK protested against this action due to the sudden disappearance of Sikandar the leader who orgainised the battle, and calls it a raid instead. It was suggested to have mods decide on this:

✔ = Aye, the Soviets won because the mongols didn't accept the challenge / ✘ = Nay, you can't call this a battle / ⚜ = Abstention

During the Siege of Fort Yurt both sides decided to break the rules, which were confirmed days before and both sides claim that the other one started. Midway through the battle both sides declared all rules were off.
v1adimirr, who refereed the battle decided that both sides lost because of cheating and because everyone pissed on his the rules.
The mongols again protested against that decision and thus another poll must be held:

✔ = Aye, v1adimirr's decision was correct / ✘ = Nay, the rule breaking was no problem and the KK should have won / ⚜ = Abstention
