On the 8th of August 2013, PPA banned me ( areteee ) “pre-emptively”(sic). I want to appeal this ban and ask for admin intervention since I believe this to be a breach of the rules.

I have not broken any rules, this ban is solely on the vague possibility of me potentially attacking other players. There are no rules stating that a pre-emptive ban is possible. Therefore this ban is against the server law ( nulla poena sine lege ). When confronted with this fact the conversation developed as follows:

I ask the staff to assist me in my time of need as I believe myself to be the victim of actual mod abuse. I ask for the removal of my ban and if that is not possible anymore possible compensation and in any case admin intervention to prevent future rule breaching by PPA. Surely it is my choice if I commit actions that may bring a ban and its obvious that nobody should be banned without ever having committed a bannable offense.
