I think that for every decision we should submit this to voting. Imperial Council so far is Kittens, Rosey, Vlad and I with Alpha having an honorable seat. That Being 5 a 3:2 voting can easily set things up. I propose we pass any change to a Yea or Nay vote.

TO the name change of the Council I agree. But I cannot stop thinking about getting called Reichs-RAT. That word just sounds so hard in my head. Probably I'm doing it wrong because me no spic Deutsche. I would say we give more names and put the to voting. I say Senate or Congress. Any of those two goes fine by me.

To the second point I disagree. I like the Commonwealth title. If this proposition of your gets passed with a Yea, as Tzar of Frostbite and Supreme Chairman of Astonia-Vostok I'll retain their Commonwealth status.

To the third issue: Each existing and newly accepted town or nation of the Kurwan Empire will be given a seat in the Reichsrat. Who fills this seat can be decided by the nation's government. The Kurwan City State will have two seats. Agree.

As always, the individual nations' internal affairs (regulations, building codes, etc) will be conducted by that nation. The Reichsrat will be able to override any decision made by a member-nation with a simple majority. A majority vote will also enable the enacting of empire-wide laws. In the case of a tie, the Kurwan City Council will take a vote. I disagree with giving the KCC such power. In order to avoid a tie in voting process we should have a prime members number. This can be balanced by Alpha in his position as a mediator.

Another stuff. I'm concerned about how confusing people see Kurwa's political organization. I was thinking we could ratify where Kurwa, as nation and not Empire begins and ends. My biggest concern is that people see Outer Kurwa and Ordnungstadt as districts whereas I see them as Commonwealths. If the first case was actually given, I say we would need to make them individual cities and not districts considering they're not regulated the same way Kurwa City is. Going to less relevant things, I already talked about the removal of this water palace whit its owner. He agreed to move it to the continental landmass as I explained he blocked most of the Pettan Sea Gap that gave our Kurwan Port a beauty. Also, what about making a plaza for the Imp.Hall? Also, what are we doing when Pettan gets full? This is what to me seems more suitable for a new District, but I think it would be better to create another populated center in Kurwa, by directing people to New Byzantium in the North West Kurwa region.

I say Outer Kurwa's name is confusing and unoriginal. I propose we force kittens to change its name. As I propose it, its a Yea for me.

Ya rosen and i said we'd do a vote on all this stuff, this was actually here for his benefit as he and i hadnt come up with a reasonable system of government in our conversation and so we said we'd come back to it.

• Rat means advise or council in german. Rathaus is townhall. Silly deutsch. I proposed imperial senate but rosen wasnt crazy about it. I'm content with reichsrat, but its obvious up for discussion.
• We'll talk about the commonwealth stuff. Rosen and I just feel like its unimaginative and uninformative to have them all be the same (pig disgusting cockroach british) term and other titles would lend themselves to the fiefdom mc feel.

• What do you mean about the kurwa province bit- kurwa province has always been defined by the great wall and kurwa proper has always been defined by the city wall. Outer Kurwa (a name which im fine with, if he wants to change it he can but im not going to force him to) was always a village and ordnung is technically not even inside our borders. So.. whatever
• Water house thing sounds good, was that part of kurwa or ordnung?
• As far as the plaza goes, who lives there? Im definitely against forcing anyone to move if they dont want to, and to be honest i was against making the imperial hall there to begin with because it takes up such a huge area just as it is. Short of making everything east of it imperial grounds (a garden or something maybe) im not sure how it would look..
• As far as expanding goes, my vision was that we would start a new colony when 1.8 comes out between a river and a canyon (preferably with a waterfall going into it) on the ashes of an npc village we razed to the ground and build the new town hall with the bones of the pigmen. I think this for a few reasons. First, 1.8 should be cool and everyone will want to build there, myself included. Kurwa should claim a REASONABLE amount of land and start a colony and invite everyone who wants some ordnung to build there. It will infuse new life into the empire. Until then maybe just direct people to byzantium or ordnungstadt or whatever. If we decide we just want to keep kurwa proper growing we can expand south along the border of pettan and east kurwa. In fact, if we expand kurwa proper we can make the imperial plaza and gardens its own district and simply expand pettan kurwan south, recreating its original size and adding on a fair amount of building space.

• Word about your proposed border structure: (?) is actually known as a Border Kurwa and is part of Kurwa City. Dragon Castle is on place of Border Kurwa, but can get new status and become a Kurwan Fortress ( and dragonbf will get title as a Commendant of Dragon Castle and will become the Imperial official ).
• We have to discuss the status of Finngolia. I propose to give it status of principality/baronage/county/etc and give the title of “Principal/Baron/Count of Fingolia” to v1ad, since he annexed it.
• You disagree about giving KCC such power, but on the other hand sometimes quick decisions have to be made. And there is hardly any possibility to have all members of council on-line at the same time. Also, Alpha doesn't engage himself in Politics/game as in the old good times, so making him involved is kinda pointless.
• I agree or neutral to any other points.

• Just a word about my border, it ends with the canal. I'm not sure what that building project is the other side of the canal but it's not mine. I may expand my border to include the centrium forest should the need for more building space arise but that's a matter for future discussion. For now, my border begins at the wall and ends with the canal.
• I was thinking of Bankside for the town's name change (it's where the Globe is built in London ;3). Need to change all my road signs…

• I gave ordnung a wall, but technically its not the same wall. If you want though we can say it is, I'm just saying that officially right now they are separate.
• I never annexed fingolia and if you give me control of it im just going to burn it to the ground.
• The building project on the other side was jlea/yugotexas', he was making a sort of UN building for all the nations to meet and discuss how much they hate eachother. ca is making me fix it up since right now it has dirt floors and shit.
