Regarding the Noble Republic of Tora, the National Delegate of The Empire of Newest Badfacia, Ghost Boner (a.k.a. Taco Town) proposes that: after its abandonmet, in order to protect N.R. Tora against decay, it shall be placed under the protection of either: Voters, you can only vote Aye for one of the two options above, vote Nay for both or abstain. The proposial you did not vote for ust be marked with a Nay. * Declared Neutral Territory of the Administration directly ruled by the Admins and Moderators.
