Areteee intended to claim the whole stronghold for himslef in order to prevent the so called communists to take it for themselves.

Due to their uniqueness, strongholds couldn't be claimed by an individual.
This stronghold in particular will not be owned by any party, community or individual.
The minerals and materials in the stronghold are free to mine by everyone.
The End Portal is free for everyone to use.
FlakeSe will have to check the stronghold often to make sure nobody claims it.
