Ameribernd claims that Tora members harassed him over his presence over Tora's claims.

==It was found that:==
  * Ameribernd's claim was not specific.
  * Crops were griefed/stolen by a Tora member.
  * Tora land-ran.

==caBst's decided to:==
  * Settle borders between both entities.
  * Cut Tora's southern continental claim to avoid landrunning.
  * //If any of the involved entities builds over the other's side of the border, it should be notified to a mod unless the each side agreed on the action.//
  * The Snow biome within the continent becomes Ameribernd's land. The desert biome and forest biome south of the continent remains neutral. Tora keeps the northern desert.
   
==The Neutral Territory==
  * Neither of the two involved entities can build in the neutral territory.
  * Both of the involved entities **can** exploit its resources.
  * The land can be taken by a 3rd not involved person as long as he/she has a legitimate claim.
